Students can pitch company analyses for publication in a leading business strategy newsletter.
Revenue Memo, a fast-growing business strategy newsletter read by thousands of entrepreneurs and operators, has launched a new initiative to help students gain professional writing experience and exposure.
The Revenue Memo Student Program invites undergraduate and graduate students in business, management, economics, and related fields to pitch article ideas for future editions of the newsletter’s signature series, How Does [Company] Make Money. Articles in this series have already covered companies like Google, TikTok, Palantir, and others.
Selected contributors will receive:
$1,000 compensation for each accepted and published article.
A byline and author bio, showcasing their work to a professional audience.
The possibility of ongoing freelance writing assignments with the publication.
Students can pitch any company they find interesting—from emerging startups to global brands—and explore how its business model works. Revenue Memo editors provide mentorship and editorial guidance throughout the process. Interested students can review the submission guidelines and pitch form here: Submission Form.
